This cape is decorated with statement feather sequin artwork inspired by costumes worn by the Follie’s dancers of the early 1900s. Adorned with signature Needle & Thread tulle frills and fastens at the neck with a hook and eye. A classic and contemporary style.- Tulle decorated with contrast sequins
